An antique grace

Hello folks,
This post is completely dedicated to the first photoshoot we did. Let’s have some throwback time.
It all began with a tiny thought in one of our computer labs when we came up with a brilliant idea of going ahead with something we were so passionate about. And here we are now happily writing for people who have a soft spot for fashion, food and travel.

So coming back to the shoot, we had shot this back in May. Here we have Maitri featuring a pure vintage look. The thing about fashion is, it repeats itself. Years back we never thought we would be wearing long maxis because we always considered them out-dated, but they are eventually back in fashion! Here she is flaunting an amazing flowy maxi dress, which used to be worn by her mother during her college days, and hence we define the vintage look.

Talking about the look, we know summer and monsoons always call for an easy comfortable outfit, so it’s the simple details that make the entire clothing look more imploring.

A simple floral maxi with absolutely zero maintenance hits the bull’s-eyes for the current season, pairing it up with chunky jewelry and a silver watch and your ready to go!

May it be at work or a probably a lunch date, this fits in any occasion. It’s a chic look that is perfect for day time and you could jazz it up with a white blazer or a denim jacket. Here the white blazer adds a classy touch to the whole dressing.

Minimal makeup and a bright pink lipstick depending on what suits you the best is apt for day time. And sunglasses a must, this weather is so unpredictable you know!

A leather sling or a hand bag complements the entire outfit. If a handbag, prefer a bigger one to keep all the essentials handy with you. Brown or beige goes with every single colour and is perfect for office wear.

When it comes to monsoons, a simple maxi and a stylish umbrella says it all. Knee length skirts and flowy dresses should also be few of your choices.

So what are your summer/monsoon must-haves? Leave a comment and let us know!
